Buffers for WAX and HPLC analysis of Glycans

    50mL of x4 LS-C buffer concentrate (2.0M ammonium formate buffer, pH 9.0).
    This can be diluted with water and acetonitrile to prepare LS-C solvent (500 mM ammonium formate buffer pH 9, 20% acetonitrile v/v) used in WAX (weak anion exchange) HPLC analysis of LudgerTag fluorophore and UV-chromophore labeled glycans.
