Ludger's glycoprofiling services are primarily for:

• Companies developing novel biopharmaceuticals
• Companies developing follow on biologics
• Manufacturers of therapeutic glycoproteins

The information we provide is important for: early stage development, process optimisation, characterisation to support regulatory (IND) submissions, batch comparability studies and product lot release QC. 

Ludger can work with you to design and execute appropriate glycoprofiling programmes for your therapeutic. We can perform these analyses for you or transfer these optimised glycoprofiling methods to your laboratories.

Our services include:

• Quantitative sialic acid profiling (to compare levels of NeuAc and NeuGc)
• Quantitative monosaccharide analysis
• Profiling of N- and/or O-glycans by a range of orthogonal HPLC and MS methods (Level 1 analyses)
• N-glycan and/or O-glycan full structural analysis using exoglycosidase sequencing in combination with HPLC and MS analysis (Level 2 analysis)
